Founded in 1997, VIKTORANISIMOV is a Kyiv-based menswear brand created by designer Viktor Anisimov. Driven by a passion for functional detail, the brand offers a utilitarian wardrobe thoughtfully adapted to the demands of modern urban life.
Years of experience have shaped the designer’s unique creative vision, built on the foundations of uniform dressing. VIKTORANISIMOV seamlessly merges the practicality of uniform with contemporary forms. The brand’s key colors — military green, black, grey, and camouflage — echo this aesthetic. In his work, the designer subtly incorporates military elements, paying homage to the historical evolution of menswear from utilitarian attire to modern fashion.
The clean, minimalist design language of VIKTORANISIMOV conceals multifunctionality, versatility, and transformative potential. Every detail is meticulously considered — from cut and color to seams and button placement. The brand embodies the idea of adaptive clothing that harmoniously unites aesthetics and utility.
In June 2022, VIKTORANISIMOV took its first step onto the international stage, presenting its collection within the Ukrainian Fashion Now program at Pitti Immagine Uomo in Florence. The year 2023 marked a turning point: the brand transitioned toward sustainable practices, focusing on certified fabrics. VIKTORANISIMOV made its debut at Copenhagen Fashion Week with the Spring–Summer 2024 collection and has since been included in following official schedules.
Functional sportswear has become a distinct area of focus. The VIKTORANISIMOV team has completed several collaborations with leading Ukrainian football clubs. A milestone project of 2024 was the collaboration with the National Paralympic Committee of Ukraine: the brand designed the official opening ceremony uniforms for the Paralympic Games in Paris. In 2025, VIKTORANISIMOV continued its partnership with the Ukrainian Paralympic team, creating the ceremonial uniforms for the XXV Deaflympic Games in Tokyo.
Another special direction of the designer’s work is creating clothing for the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy — including looks for his international engagements.
In the SS26 season, VIKTORANISIMOV presented its first show at Berlin Fashion Week, debuting a collection inspired by the brand’s work with the President. The show took place at The Feuerle Collection — a private art museum housed in a former World War II telecommunications bunker. The same collection was featured at Ukrainian Fashion Week SS26.
The brand is widely covered by international media — including The Washington Post, The New York Times, Vanity Fair, and numerous other influential publications that highlight its distinctive design language, technical craftsmanship, and contemporary interpretation of the modern “uniform.”
Today, VIKTORANISIMOV is a team of 20 people in Kyiv committed to the principles of slow fashion, ethical production, and fair labor. Thanks to its hands-on approach, every stage — from design and product development to sample creation and manufacturing — takes place in-house, ensuring consistent quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
